The Ducati Multistrada V2 is the entry-level model of the latest generation of the Multistrada family of adventure sports tourers, built to take on any terrain. The Multistrada V2 might sound like a new name. Still, it’s a replacement for the Ducati Multistrada 950. It has essentially been renamed the Multistrada V2 with some minor updates, including a 5kg weight reduction, and now with the Ducati Skyhook, semi-active suspension in the top-spec V2 S. There are also slight ergonomic changes compared to the Multistrada 950. At the same time, the higher-spec Multistrada V2 S gets semi-active electronic suspension as standard.
The overall design and silhouette are unmistakably Multistrada. The face retains its familiar look, but the design has received a minor update with a narrower headlight hood and a fairing that offers smoother, more rounded surfaces for improved aerodynamics. The body also features new graphics that showcase the new name to emphasize that this is the latest generation of the entry-level Multistrada.
In addition to the new “Street Grey” livery with a black frame and “GP Red” rims that can be ordered for the Multistrada V2 S variant, the color scheme includes the traditional “Ducati Red” with black rims, which is available on both the Multistrada V2 and Multistrada V2 S.

Both variants share the same tubular trellis frame and have an aluminum swingarm with two sides. A front 48mm Kayaba fork and a rear mono-shock with 170mm of travel each handle suspension. Both have full adjustability. A 17-inch rear wheel and 19-inch front wheel with Pirelli Scorpion Trail II tires each power the Multistrada V2.
