Our service department is the backbone of our business. In 2004, Motoworks launched as an independent service shop because we bet we could do a better job than the local dealers. We’ve been doing that ever since. We are now an authorized dealer and service center for the best brands in Motorcycling. Our service department is top-notch and attends training every year to ensure that they have the most up-to-date technical information directly from the manufacturers. If you ride a BMW Motorcycle, Ducati, Triumph motorcycle, Royal Enfield, Vespa, Piaggio, or Kymco scooter we are your service center.

What We Don’t Work On, and Why
We want to provide only the best service to our customers, as a result we only service the motorcycles that we have factory authorized technicians for. We are motorcycle enthusiasts at heart; and we like all the brands, but without all the special tools, in-house expertise and parts support in place we are not able to take proper care of your machine. Please keep us in mind as the Midwest’s top resource for all things BMW, Ducati, Royal Enfield, Triumph, and Vespa.
Here’s what we don’t work on:
We provide motorcycle and scooter transport. If you need help moving a motorcycle or bringing it to Motoworks Chicago, please contact us and we’ll be happy to take care of the details on your behalf.
We work with most insurance companies. Your insurance company will issue a claim number when you report your accident. If possible please bring your claim number when you bring your motorcycle in for an estimate. This will help us start your repair as soon as possible.
